CHOCOLATE OATMEAL NO-BAKE COOKIES
a favorite in our house!!

2 cups sugar
3 TBSP cocoa
Dash of Salt
1/2 cup milk
1 stick butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tsp vanilla
3 cups oatmeal

Mix first 5 ingredients in a suace pan. Bring to boil and boil for about 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and vanilla. Before you stir, add oatmeal; stir. Quickly spoon out on wax paper to cool.
