CROCK POT RAVIOLI

CROCK POT RAVIOLI
from my good friend Aaron

1 package frozen beef ravioli
1 - 8oz package shredded mixed Italian cheese
1 large can hunt's 3 cheese spaghetti sauce
1 small jar ragu garden vegetable spaghetti sauce
1 small onion, chopped
2 TBSP minced garlic
2 TBSP olive oil
2 TBSP Italian seasoning
parsley flakes, or fresh parsley, chopped

In a large sauce pan, brown onions and garlic in olive oil. Add 3 cheese sauce and garden vegetable sauce. Add Italian seasoning and simmer 5 minutes. Place frozen ravioli in crock pot sprayed with no stick spray. Pour sauce and onion mixture over ravioli in crock pot. Sprinkle iwth shredded Italian cheese, sprinkle parsley over top. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.

*** changes I made....I used what sauce I had on hand and used regular mozzarella cheese. 8 hours is too long in many crock pots....even on low. So don't try this one if you are going to be gone all day...for it may be too late if you are expecting to be able to cook it for the full 8 hours....even on low. ***
