MOSTACCIOLI ALFREDO

Amy Cloud gave me this recipe several years ago before a Youth Mission trip. It soon became a favorite in my family. We like to add little baby salad shrimp or cooked chicken to make it a main dish.

MOSTACCIOLI ALFREDO

1 16oz package of mostaccioli noodles
1C. heavy cream
1/2 C. butter
!/2 C. grated parmesan cheese
1 C. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

boil water cook pasta al dente, combine heavy cream and butter in a sauce pan over medium heat, stir until butter melts dont let it boil stir in the rest of the ingredients and toss in the pasta!
