MY BIG FAT BUNDT CAKE
MY BIG FAT BUNDT CAKE from Group's Dinner and a Movie Chick Flicks 2
1 boxed lemon cake mix one 3.4 ounce package instant lemon pudding mix 2/3 cup vegetable oil 4 eggs 1 cup lemon-lime soda
ICING: 1 cup confectioners' sugar lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan. Combine cake mix, pudding mix and oil in a large bowl. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then slowly add lemon-lime soda. Pour batter into Bundt pan, and bake for 40-50 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack, then invert on serving plate. Mix confectioner's sugar with enough lemon juice to make thin icing, and drizzle over top of cooled cake. Serves 8-10.
