SAUSAGE & POTATOES

SAUSAGE AND POTATOES

4-5 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped (sis didn't use the onion)
1/4 cup butter
1 lb polska kiebalsa, sliced into bite sized pieces

Melt butter in large skillet (I really liked using cast iron). When butter is melted add potatoes; cook until browned, turning occassionally to brown on all sides. Add onion and cook another minute or two until onions are tender. Add polska kiebalsa; cover and cook, stirring occassionally until hot throughout, about 7 minutes.
