2 cups uncooked whole wheat elbow macaroni 1 tsp salt 2 inch chunk of velveeta w/jalapeno's, diced handful of shredded mozzarella (about 1/2 cup) handful of shredded colby jack (about 1/2 cup) 1/4 cup milk salt and pepper to taste
Cook macaroni noodles in salted water according to directions on package.
Dump hot drained noodles into 1 qt microwave safe dish. Add cheeses, salt, pepper, and milk. Stir to combine. Microwave 2 minutes, stir. Repeat until cheese is melted and creamy. Serve immediately.
