ROASTED RED PEPPER DRESSING

ROASTED RED PEPPER DRESSING

1 Plain Non-fat Yogurt (I used Dannon)
1 7 oz. jar (drained) roasted red peppers (I used Sun of Italy)
1 clove garlic
sea salt to taste

Pulse in blender
(makes about 1 cup and only 105 calories in the total mix)
