BEEF TIPS & RICE

BEEF TIPS & RICE
1 lb of Stew beef 1 can of beef gravy 1 can of mushrooms (drained) 2 cups rice
I like to cut my stew beef into smaller pieces, then add it to the crock pot. Pour in the beef gravy and mushrooms. Set the crock pot on Low and cook for 5 to 6 hours or until beef is cooked through.
Cook your rice according to the instructions on the bag... IF you have a rice cooker. I like my rice to be only SLIGHTLY sticky so for every 1 cup of rice I add only 1 1/4 cup of water and salt to taste.
